First bill after upgrade

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all. I'm a little confused to so could use some help.

i paid my monthly bill a couple of days ago, I am trying to upgrade today. It will be an early upgrade I am fully aware of the fee.

my question is, when will my first bill need to be paid. If I only paid my last bill a couple of days ago?

are bills paid in advance or in lieu?

Are first bills more than your normal monthly payment?

Many thanks.

may also add that my current phone is broken so I can't ring up.

If you do an upgrade your payment cycle will remain the same as it is now.

You pay in advance so will have already paid for next months line rental.

If your upgrade is more you will just have the difference added to next months bill.

You will need to pay the early upgrade fee separately though - it cannot be added to your bill.
