I received my new phone on 18th Jan which started my new contract with o2 but have already been charged the full amount. The money came out of my account on the 1st Feb, does this seem right? That means I’ve paid full money for only two weeks of service. I can’t seem to get hold of anyone when I ring 202 as they cut you off and there’s no one available on the live chat. I also need to change my bill date how do I do this? Any help would be great as I’m new to o2 and not happy that I can’t speak to anyone. Thank you

You pay for a month in advance @louiseeax.
If you check the dates it will show when it covers.
If you need to change the date of the bill you need to contact customer services.
All numbers are in this guide:
https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Coronavirus-Covid-19-Community-Help-and-Su...
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
