Finding my current tariff's name

Can anyone tell me how I find out what the name is of my current tariff? I need it to unlock my phone...

If you are on P&G call 4444 (free) and the automated system will repeat the tariff you are currently on. Alternatively look in My O2 for both monthly and P&G.

Thanks jonsie. I am a monthly customer and have looked on My O2 but can't find the tarrif name there (I have checked in my personal details, my account etc.). Do you know where I should look?
