Hi I am trying to call customer services but keep getting cut off. We have had our Lenevo laptop for around 10 days and when I just went to put it on charge I noticed a small crack has appeared next to the usb c port. This device is always kept in a case so I do not understand how it has happened? The charging port is working but appears to have a bit to much movement now. Really strange as I have never seen this on a usb c port before?

@Glen21

I would contact Lenovo direct and ask them to have a look as it would be quicker than O2 or return it under the 14day change of mind policy

I have seen cracked USB-C port casings, when either the laptop has been dropped or the charging cable has been rammed into the port and not made contact properly..

You need to call o2 to do the 14day return or to arrange a swap out, or you can message them for advice If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
