Faulty Phone Replacement

Could someone from O2 please explain to me why, after you sold me a faulty phone and it had been to your repair centre twice with no success, I was only offered a reconditioned phone as a replacement instead of a new one?

Thanks. That link is not exactly easy to find on their website!

It's at the bottom of every page D'oh!

Thanks All

I may go down the official complaint route.

I now have the reconditioned phone and it seems fine so far.

Out of interest, does anyone think I could get a cheaper tariff now I have a second hand phone?

I've had loads of refurbs off O2 and you wouldn't even know it.
