Hope someone can help with this

I’ve been called by loyalty department who have mentioned family plan and suggested I take out a cheap tablet plan which would be in addition to my 4 contracts

He said I would then get 50% off all airtime contracts but I said it does not read like that

He said it’s worded badly and it anything enemy wrong and discount of 50 % was not added I could ring and complain and all calls are recorded so I would definitely get it one way or anther

Anyone had a call like this or could confirm if they are getting 50% off all?

No it’s only 50% off the last contract you take.
Discount can only be applied in the first month too so you can’t apply it retrospectively to your others.

I have it on one of my accounts and I can assure you it’s only on the last one you take. 

The discount increases the more you take but cannot be applied retroactively.
