Offered a new reduction in tariff - told confirmation of details and then had flurry of emails confirming order of new phone and 36 month contract.

No explanation of the contract or additional credit agreements etc

How to resolve as there are no direct lines to cancel order - horrendous website and designed so you are unable to resolve issue easily.

@Lee-Vans

It's a well know scam unfortunately.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Report it to action fraud too https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As above but make your bank aware of the situation.

Now would be a good time to change passwords etc.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
