Hi so feeling a bit miffed. I received a text from 02 about getting up to 6 months free of extras. Could choose Apple Music, audible, cafeyn, McAfee. Just needed to text to 21500 with my choice. Well it turns out I’m supposed to receive a link. Nothing happened no link. Tried again. Said I’d already chosen and use the link. I chose Apple Music. Can’t find anything under extras on the my 02 app. Help?

For Qualifying Purchases of an Eligible Tariff or an Eligible Product, you must provide your mobile number during the order checkout unless you’re an existing customer purchasing an eligible tariff where we already have it. Following the Qualifying Purchase we will send you an SMS with details on how to claim your Redemption Code and how to access Apple’s website for the purpose of redeeming the Subscription. This may require you access the Priority app and register an account (if you do not already have one).

Redemption Code terms and conditions will apply. If your Redemption Code is valid, you will be prompted to create an account with Apple and accept their terms and conditions for use of Apple Music.

This was a text message saying that I could have one of those extras mentioned for being a loyal customer. I messaged customer service and they said the number I text to redeem was a genuine 02 number. I’m still in contract. It wasn’t In any relation to a purchase. So I’m a little bit confused. I tend to get confused with wording sometimes due to being autistic. Sometimes I just need very simple and clear answers rather than too much information

21500 is a genuine O2 number for Rewards. Sometimes customers have issues when they text it and that's the problem. The only people who can help are O2. So you need to contact them again.
