Hi,
I recently joined O2 from another network. I received a text saying I am entitled to add a free 'Extra' to my account, however, when I go to my account to see my 'Extras' options, it has a price underneath all the options available? The text and email I received from O2 states that the 'Extra' is included in my plan?
I do not want to click on any of the 'Extras' in case I get charged for something that I was told was included? The text says I only have 7 days left to make a choice. Help!

Hi, that doesn't really help me. All the extras offered to me have prices underneath them (a single price, not £xxx after 12 months or anything, an actual price). For example, one 'Extra' I can choose is a 'Cafeyn' subscription. The price underneath this is stated as £7.99, which is the exact same price as ordering a subscription through the Cafeyn website itself? It isn't even a discount? I don't understand it. How is that an Extra?

I don't understand how the options below are Extras, when I have to pay full price for them? Or do I select it and then I get it for free, despite the specified price?

Was there a link in the text you received to choose an extra?
If not you can message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks
