Why have I suddenly been charged with an extra £1.35?

Adjustments can be anything either positive or negative to correct your bill.

If it isn't clear what for in your MyO2, you need to call customer services to ask on the numbers given above.

Hello @Monthly1

If you go onto your MyO2 App and look at your latest usage you can find out what the extra charge is.

If You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

As you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

or bought something with charge to mobile?

Other than that we really have no access to your account so you would need to call O2 to ask what the charges are for.
