My sim in my phone says no service

iPhone 8 but I changed my tariff to unlimited everything but telling me there is no service can you help me please.

Have you rebooted the phone since your tariff change?

Take the sim out, gently clean it and reinsert.

If you were sent a new sim then you need to do a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update 

If none of this works then you'll need to borrow a phone, use a landline or Skype to call O2. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Reboot is simply turning it off and back on again.

If you need a new sim you have to call O2 on the numbers in the guide above.
