Hi there,

I’ve been informed I’m being charged an extra 37.50 for a 15 minute call to Australia. I looked online and saw that it was 1p per minute to call hence why I called. You’re charging me over 2 pounds per minute for it. Can you please amend this cost to 1p per minute.

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Calls to Aus are £3.00 per min inc VAT.

Hi @Osaw,

 

We have an international bolt-on which costs an additional £3 per month to call Australia at 2p p/min to a landline, 12p p/min to mobiles, and 15p per text. The rate you're seeing is an advertisement to call selected countries with this bolt-on added FROM 1p per minute. https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/international/the-international-bolt-on
