Hi, I’m currently on holiday in the USA, I have a tariff allowing me to use my phone abroad for calls, text and data, I received a text on arrival confirming this, I’ve just received an email from O2 stating I’m being billed for £25 for using data on one day. I haven’t used my data excessively?? Has anyone else experienced this ?

Not the first to mention this today. You need to get O2 to look at things. There is no access to accounts here as this is a forum made up of customers like you

Message O2 on
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

O2 will likely refund you without actually fixing the problem

This could be a problem throughout your stay there
