I am on a monthly contract which includes 10GB of free data. I paid for an additional bolt-on 8GB of data as a one-off knowing that any data I did not use would run over into the following month. This was paid for in my April bill so any unused data from this 8BG bolt-on would expire on 17th May.
However, on my home screen on MyO2 my allowance for this month is showing as 18GB which is not right. When I click into it, it shows that the 8GB bolt-on expired on 17th May. Is anyone else finding that their allowances are not updating properly?
The rolled over data is used first.
