Hi, unfortunatly due to loosing my job I was unable to pay my bills but got this resolved and made a full payment as requested per the disconnection letter that was sent to me.
After succsefully making the payment and covering the outstanding balance the letter stated that my services would be switched back on if I made a full payment but this has not been the case.
How do i get the services back, do I have to speak to someone directly or will they eventually come back on? is there a problem with the sim card? Has the number been re=allowcated etc...
Other: the account had not been passed to a CRA (Agency), but was getting to that stage. Also no other way of contacting 02 now other than this site.

You will need to speak with someone in Customer Services. You most likely won't get any joy if you try Live Chat. Much better to speak to someone. The numbers are in the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
