Hi hoping someone can help because it seems that O2 are having an issue to help?
Tried to place an order but got a message back saying Unfortunately there’s a problem with your account.
Haven’t even got to the credit check part this is before and have also spoken to Credit File Referrals who assure me the restriction had been overridden but tried again with no joy.
Wondered if anyone else had an issue and if so what was the resolve?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you

Tried that about a week ago they had the same issue also there end. Seems like nobody is able to help or have a solution. You’d think that someone would have come accross this issue before.
