Hi everyone,

I'm currently nearing the end of my two year contract with O2 and this ends on 10th December. I'm billed from the 14th of each month.

I'm looking to move to a sim-only deal and found preferable deals with EE and Plusnet so will likely move. Am I right in assuming I contact O2 on 10th November to get PAC code and that will mean that I don't incur any additional charges? or do I have to do it from the billing date (as in 14th November?)

Thanks!

Do it whenever as you will only be billed to the end of your contract. There's no need to give notice anymore.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
