Hi All,
I purchased a new phpne for my son in October and when signing up, I was offered a 25% discount due to the company I worked for. As yet, despite texting to OPEN within a couple of days, I've received no link to verify the discount and I'm now outside the 28 days. Nothing has been actioned and I'm still paying the full price and not happy. As I can't seem to speak to anyone at O2 about it, what can I do ?

The process you should have followed is here Guide: O2 Open & Friends and Family discounts - How to sign up
You'll now need to call customer service although you are past the 28 days.......

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
