Email address for Customer Services

How difficult can they make it to find an email address I can use to communicate with them. I don't want to ring and be held in a queue for an hour, nobody writes letters any more. I want to email Cs and cancel my contract, but O2 are doing all they can to prevent me from doing so.

There is no email address.
