Email O2

Anonymous
Not applicable

Does anyone know if it is possible to send an email to O2 anymore?

I searched this forum and found a link to a page that works, I used it and got a reply saying

" Thanks for your email, but we have now shut down our email support
service.

Don't worry though, for instant help speak to us on Live Chat, where
we'll try to solve your issue straight away."

I'm sorry but I don't want to use Live Chat, I want to forward something on for someone in authority to view and come to a considered decision, not someone to make an instant choice without having all the information to hand.

Equally, I don't really want to take up the option of sending a letter, rather too slow and too expensive.....

Thanks

Dave

The only email address is the complaints one complaintreviewservice@o2.com which is on this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It sounds like the complaint process will be your fastest route @Anonymous , which consists of a phone call to customer services to address the issue and an email to the address supplied by @MI5 if it's not adequately resolved by the team in the first instance

No but it is another option of getting in touch and as they didn't actually say it was a complaint. I thought it could be given....

Hi

Thanks to everyone who has replied, I appreciate your time.

After i posted I found the "complaint" email address, and as what I wish to discuss is basically a complaint I have used that contact method.

It does seem a trifle odd that a communications company, which communicates with it's customers via email amongst other methods, does it's best to disallow people from using that method to communicate with them, but that is another topic for a completely different forum I suspect.

Thanks again
