4G and Pay and Go Costs

Anonymous
Not applicable

I currently do not have 4G but I have been an 02 customer for many years. I have seen a 4G phone on e-bay I like. Can I get a 4G sim from 02, If so can I keep my existing phone number? Also how much do I need to top up per month? The only reason I really want 4G is to use a smart watch. Thanks.

You can yes. It's simply a matter of going to your local O2 store and they will swap the sim and your number for you. Alternatively use the form : Swap my sim  or text SWAP to 20220.

What you pay each month is up to you if you are staying on P&G or look at the Sim only contracts on pay monthly. All tariffs now are 4G so it's a matter of getting a sim.

Just be wary of phones bought from eBay and look at the seller reviews.

They start from £10 a month and go up depending on how many mins texts and data you want.
Not sure you have to have 4g for a SmartWatch though?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
