I can upgrade my contract on 30th March.
The S10+ comes out on 8th March!
I need this phone! 😜
Call me dramatic! I can't wait till the 30th March to get my hands on this.
Can someone advise what I can do please? Thank you 👍

@AlexYem84 you can upgrade early by just paying off the last device payment one month early.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Anonymous thank you for the guide.
I'm actually only 11 months into my 24 months contract.
I'm in one of those 24 months contract but I'm allowed to upgrade after 12 month.

Sadly my 12 months is up on 30th March. Need to find a way to ask O2 to allow me to upgrade 3 weeks early...

@MI5 I still have another 13 months of my Device Plan to pay off and I've got the S9+.
It's a lot of money to pay off 😞

It's looking like you'll need to hang on 3 weeks unfortunately unless you can talk customer services into letting you go early

Is your account showing the yearly upgrade?

Mine is no longer showing that.
