Hi guys,

So in Feb 2018 I took out a 24 month contract.

My airtime plan is £28 / month

Device plan is £32 / month

I have recently started a new job where I receive a company phone (in the process of sorting) therefore I wont require my current plan with O2 on the above rates.

Am I stuck for another 18 months or can I "Get out" at all?

I can see that I can pay off my Device Plan early ... still owe (18months at £32 = £576) but what happens with the Airtime plan? Am I stuck or can I escape from this at all?

Cheers

J

Hi @J90

You can cancel your airtime by calling Customer Services

http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

and giving 30 days notice of your wanting to cancel.

Do not cancel any Direct Debit you have in place until you receive your final bill from O2 and you have a zero balance on your account in MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Good luck and welcome to the forum, however briefly Welcome

@J90You can give 30 days notice to cancel your air time and pay off your device plan with no extra air time charges.
