E-sim has stopped working abroad

Please can anyone help, I am in Germany and my E-Sim in my IPhone 11pro has stopped allowing me to make or receive calls

Some things to try.

Reboot phone.

Manually search for a different network.

Remove and clean sim.

Your apn should be OK if it's just calls and texts effected.

Also, how long have you been in Germany?

Is it longer than 63 days?

Just to say I spoke to O2 today and they told me that E-SIMs don’t work abroad!! May be worth noting that sending and receiving texts still works but calling doesn’t. Looks like a flaw in the software to me.
