Hi All
I contacted customer service team a few days ago to request a change in my tarrif, I am currently on unlimited mins, texts and 1GB of data. After being with o2 for more than 3 years and have been on my current contract for a year I found that I hardly use my minutes but I do use a lot of Data and texts. As such I wanted to downgrade my minutes but upgrade my data. I was happy to continuing paying the same amount every month, but I was told I could not do this. After asking why, I was told it was due to my terms and conditions. I managed to find my t&c's and I have read through them and I cant see anything in there that prevents me from changing my tarrif. Can anyone help? Who do I need to speak to?
