I ordered a iPhone 6s and I received it with a small crack and scratches also there were problems with the speakers and screen kept on freezing. I contacted O2 via web chat/live chat I was told that a door swap will be done in about 1-3 working days. I would like to know if this is true and how long it will take also what I would have to do before hand

Between 8-8.30 am is the best time to call

Door swaps are done but as you have been told this by live chat, I strongly suggest you call customer service to check this has been arranged.

All you need to do is hand over your phone to the courier and they will give you a replacement.
Do not give them your sim card and check the replacement in the presence of the courier.

@Anonymous Just to protect yourself, if you have access to a camera, take photos of the cracks and scratches before you send it back.
