Don't understand Pay & Go tariffs?!

Anonymous
Not applicable

I don't use my mobile much and for many years I have had O2 Pay & Go which I just top up as and when I need it. My friend wants to do the same but we are confused by the tariffs on offer on the Pay & Go page. She doesn't want to commit to paying a monthly amount, she just wants to top up whenever she feels the need to. Can't you do that nowadays with Pay & Go?

Just go with the text and web, you don't need to top up every month. If you don't top up you just don't get the allowance but you retain the credit and just use it when you want.

The only stipulation is that you make a chargeable call every 6 months to keep the account active.
