Do O2 treat trans people like fraudsters?

I’m a transgender woman who legally changed her name back in March 2021. Will I be able to place an order with O2 or will they cancel any I make, freeze my account and treat me like a fraudster? I've had that problem with Sky and don't want to repeat it.

As long as your identity checks come back ok, you'll be fine.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I'll contact them before I place an order to hopefully speed things up. Don't want money taken then being left without my order.
