My redemption code didn’t work so I am now pay for something I can’t use and can not for the life of me get hold of anyone

The advice that is on the FAQ is to go back into the extra's and try again, you wont be charged until the link is confirmed and linked to your Disney+ account

I also have a Planet Computers Gemini

I work in IT as an Enterprise Messaging and Collaboration Tools Administrator (Office 365, Slack and much much more) and manage hardware both Mobile and Desktop / laptop, my desk is a bit like PC World
