Paying my sons bill

I need to pay his bill but I cant access his detail ie phone number to log him it brings up my phone number but I'm not an 02 customer anymore so I went to my 02 app and his number isnt on my account anymore so i went to bring this product in put in his number and it sent a code to his phone which is broken so we cant see it. The app just sending me round in circles when I state contact us so cant contact 02 which is why I ended my contract in the first place. All I want to do is pay his bill and bring it up to date as they have now defaulted my credit file because it is late and I cant contact anyone or pay the bill. Any ideas? Thanks
