Hi. I upgraded and received 6 months free Disney + however I wasnt sent an email link for the offer. When I add Disney as extra it wants to charge me £5.99. How do I get the link so it's free? I've rang and tweeted o2 numerous times with no response. I was promised an agent would ring me back but they never did.

Wait for your MyO2 to update a couple of days.

I upgraded an hour ago and got the Disney+ offer. I got 6 text messages and 5 emails with various things about the upgrade and the link given said that i could also redeem in Extras on My O2 which is the way I did it. I was on the laptop, not the app.

It was almost instant so the system worked fine for me.
