I have just recently signed up to a contract and I am still within the 14 days and was going to cancel. I have activated the 6 months Disney+ offer that came with it and was wondering what happens with that when I cancel? Do I have to pay it or does it just get cancelled with the rest of the contract? I’m not really wanting Disney+ I just signed up because it was free so really don’t want to be paying for it.

Guide on activating and deactivating O2 extras here, @darrenl
Guide: Adding and removing O2 Extras
I would suggest removing the extra before cancelling, and keep the confirmation safely in case there are problems once the Phone cancellation has completed on O2 side.
Note you will lose access to your MyO2 once the cancellation completes, @darrenl.
