Hello all,
I have just seen my latest bill.
I have had free Disney+ for the last 6 months, and the free period has now ended as of 20 Oct.
Now on my bill, in the monthly extras section, it reads:
09 Oct 20 - 20 Oct 20
Disney+ £2.000
10 Oct 20 - 20 Oct 20
Disney+ 6 Months £0.000
21 Oct 20 - 20 Nov 20
O2 Travel £0.000
21 Oct 20 - 20 Nov 20
Disney+ £4.990
I'd like to know why I'm being charged this extra £2 for the period 9th-20th Oct, when Disney+ didn't run out until 20th Oct.
As I understand it, I am paying for Disney+ from 21 Oct, each month, but also getting a £2 discount off my airtime bill. So how come I'm paying an extra £2 on my bill?
Thanks in advance.

I would expect that to be a minus £2.00 tbh.
You'll need to call customer service to check.

Edit to add that it looks like maybe your Disney subscription ran out on the 9th and you've been charged a pro rata amount upto the end of your bill period.
