I have recently joined O2. I was told because my household has Virgin Broadband, I would get a 20% discount.
My first bill shows no discount and there is no reference to the connection in MyO2. I arranged a call with O2 support (waited 4-5 days for a callback) and was assured that the discount was applied. Why can’t I see this?

If you have O2 contract and Virgin Media Broadband registered to the same individual at the same address, then you can get double data and some other perks, @KGinLondon, by registering for Volt - details here: Volt Megaguide - note it can take 2 to 3 weeks before either or both services show the benefits.
