My direct debit was meant to go out on the 11th and hasnt but its saying its paid yet o2 threatening to cut me off I feel so depressed right now

There have been a few scam messages going around claiming to be O2. The messages read something like this

If this is what you have received please ignore and delete the message. Do not open any links on the message.
