Can anyone tell me how I can change the date of my direct debit payment to O2 please?
Can't seem to find an answer anywhere here and my bank tells me I have to go to O2.. Plus I haven't got the time for all this nonsensical drivel -I just want to talk to a human voice!! And of course......"all our operators are busy right now".........grrrrrr

Call 202 from your phone. Press 2 then 0 and you'll get straight through.

Hi


You should be able to do that by logging into your Myo2

Log into your Myo2 then pick Payment details from the left hand selection panel.

Then follow the instructions to set up a pin then you can manage payment types and dates on line.

Or ring O2 on 202 from your phone.

You can't change the date online you can only change the bank details you need to give them a call on 202 and they can change it no problem for you

I logged into mine and it looks as though it's only the actual bank account that you can change now.... I'm sure you used to be able to it, but it seems not now.....

It must have changed a long time ago as I did this last year to change my bank details and you couldn't change the date then
