Hi, the assistant in the shot set up a direct debit for me but it didn’t come out of my account and I had to make the payment manually. And on the app it says that I have a direct debit set up. Please could you advise? Thanks.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
