I’d love to know why I’m being penalised and harassed about overdue bills, when it’s entirely O2’s fault.
Because as I posted elsewhere, I’ve now got an overdue bill of £0.00, and still getting service blocks until it’s paid, which won’t be until the beginning of May, as my next bill is not due until the 17th of this month.
