hey, i have a recurring problem with my direct debits with 02 - I've had one set up since the start of my account, but since November, they haven't been taking the money out of the account. I've had to do it by the call to pay system over the phone. this has also given me errors in the past.

my account always has the money in it, i set aside more than enough for my bills every month. i talked to some support guys last week to check and set up the debit again on my account and nothing happened when my billing date rolled around. i'm with monzo, so is this the problem? i can't think of any other reason.

Have you checked with your bank?

Do other DD's process OK?

O2 used to have a problem with Monzo Direct Debits several years ago but apparently it was fixed, perhaps it has re-emerged.

 

There's several major companies who still have issues with Monzo DDs.

My friend used to have a problem, ended up switching to Barclays to resolve it.
