Hello. My daughter was playing some games when I was asleep she accidently click on the purchase and buy some adds on coin master game. It to expensive and I wish I can cancel it somehow. I contacted Google play a d coin master support and they said they cannot help me but she clicked pay by o2 billing. Any chance I can sort it out here ? Please I'm determined

@Maggie11 This is not O2. This is a customer community. No one here has access to anyone else's account. You would need to speak to customer service. All numbers are in the link below. Best chance of getting through is to call at 8 am.

When you get through to O2 you also need to ask them to put these bars on your account

* Bar all to Bill Debits (this will stop anything being charged to your mobile)

* Bar Premium Numbers

Also ask for a Spend Cap to be applied. Guide: Spend Caps & Charge to Mobile on O2
