Hi i just ordered a new pay monthly phone im a existing pay monthly customer but i didn't receive the legal documents for the new contract

I did but when placed the order after that it said your order has been placed successfully and they took upfront amout too

@Bilal It's very likely that the phone you ordered is out of stock. O2's stock reporting isn't live, but they like to take the customer's money anyway. It's called an unscrupulous, but legal business practice.
