Hi, I began a new contract just over a week ago which seemingly came with a choice of extras free for 3 months. I chose Disney Plus but despite choosing this several times and eventually being brought through to a page that said something like 'we will text or email you when you extra is ready to activate', I didn't receive anything.
I have logged into my account this evening to find that the extra option is gone but I've still not received an email or text with details of how to continue this activation. Can anybody shed some light onto this, or whether it is a known issues? Thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

Try selecting it from your MyO2.
