Device Plan Payoff

Anyone know why O2 won't allow you to make payments to your device plan online? (as in to make additional payments, or to pay it off?) the only option I can see to pay it off is via the upgrade route...

@Anonymous if it did work, it isn't something that works now, the only way to make an overpayment is to do it over the phone (I've had confirmation of this on the phone too).

I'm not saying you've never been able to do it, but it isn't an option now

Yes but everyone's wrong. I feel it sad that people feel they can't be corrected. Anyway I think it's settled now and thanks for confirming again @PhoneChanger
