Yesterday at 17.16 I had call time loaded and my balance was £16.83. I have just sent a message and tells me my balance is £1.83. Tell me / show me how £15.00 has disappeared from my phone?

Id suggest calling CS to ask what's happened in your account.

4445 from your phone.

What payg tariff are you on.

Does money get deducted on your anniversary date to
Pay for your allowances.

What tariff are you on? If you're on Payand go go go for example, the money is taken from your credit.

I pay £15 per month on my anniversary date to pay for my minutes, texts and data which last a month.

I'm on pay as you go go go £15

Check in your myo2 to see what type of Payg tariff your on.

Which phone are you using.

Phones have recent calls lists etc.

And sent texts in the SMS app unless you've deleted them.

Unfortunately Payg customers do not enjoy the benefits of pay monthly customers where calls , texts etc are available in your Myo2 to view.
