I am desperate to speak to someone at O2 back in August I phoned o2 and cancelled my contract, my last payment via direct debit came out in Aug, I was then told I had just 1 more bill to pay for Sept so I paid this in Sept over the phone as the direct debit was cancelled as I had cancelled this contract. However since the I have received letters telling me I owe another 2 months worth of bills on a contract I closed and have not used and they are going to pass it onto a debt recovery service. I have evidence I have paid what I should and cannot find ANY way to speak to someone to rectify this. I have called 0800 032 5302 and they have removed all their options to speak to someone unless it’s fraud or reporting a stolen phone. I have called 202 and again no luck.
Please if there are any o2 employees that can help me get in touch as I am very distressed.
