Ordered my phone on Wednesday and still haven’t got it it said it would be next day delivery but all I’ve had is an email saying they have received my order and I haven’t had a text or anything had noting saying it’s out off stock or when I go to there website it says in stock and it’s been more than 48 hours and my account is still not working

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Charlie11 O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system, so just because it says there's stock doesn't mean that there is. You'll need to call customer service, which isn't easy these days. Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Unfortunately, you have to lie these days in order to speak to customer service. You have to use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
