I ordered the S20 yesterday morning as o2 state next day delivery. It's gone 5pm and I'm still waiting with no updates. Anyone else had this issue?

Have you had your dispatch email yet?

If not, it hasn't left O2 and is probably out of stock. What the website says regarding stock levels is irrelevant!

Once you get a dispatch email, this is how to track it http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/how-to-track-your-order#qs
