Hi @Anonymous Welcome to the forum. Just to add to the advice given above. The reason your first bill is higher is probably because it covers the remaining few days of your old contract as well as your new one. You will find it settles down after this and you will pay the amount stated...

It may be worth logging on to My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 where you can see your Bill. If that does not help there is a Live Chat link at the bottom left of the page where Customer Services will be able to clarify the reason.
