Hi

I have been an O2 customer for over 20 years but feel the monthly contracts are no longer favourably comparable with other providers. I’m therefore wondering if there are any price matches or better deals available than those shown in my online upgrade packages?

o2 dont price match, you may be able to get a better deal from a third party such as mobiles.co.uk 

Or if better deals are available on other networks, then you can always port to them... just make sure you check network coverage where you use your phone, and do this with free PAYG sim cards..
