Hi, I’m currently on a 12 month sim only plan with o2. I’m looking at upgrading to the iPhone XR, found a great new customer deal through mobiles.co.uk

Could I take this new customer offer and be able to upgrade now or would I have to pay off the rest of my 12 months rolling plan (ends in December). To complicate things, the new customer offer is much better than the upgrade section on mobiles.co.uk so don’t want to go through their upgrade section.

@Smallprint the only way to not pay up is to upgrade directly with O2, otherwise you need to clear the balance of your contract.

I have just taken out a new discounted sim o ly deal with Mobiles.co.uk. Now Carephone Warehouse is no longer doing business with O2 will my discount by redemption be affected?

You need to ask CPW as it is they who provide the cashback.
